Forgiveness


Forgiveness is VITAL to our physical and emotional health. If there is one lesson to be gleaned from "A Course in Miracles," it is the power of forgiveness. Negative emotions held in the mind and body will produce unwanted effects. Emotions buried alive are not dead. Here is a 5 step process of forgiveness from Jane Kohner, Nutritionist and healer.

1. Forgive the people involved.

2. Be open on a spiritual level to allow 'them' to forgive you.

3. Forgive yourself.

4. Find the lesson. Something positive that you have gained from the problem. "Be Grateful.." " In all things give thanks."

5. Wish alll well!!
